11th Annual Blue Mountain Health System 5K Road Race-Walk, 1 Mile Walk & Kids Fun Run presented by the Medical Staff of the Blue Mountain Health System
Date:	Saturday, May 12, 2012
Time:	Registration 8 A.M. Run/Walk 9 A.M. Kid's Run 10 A.M.
Course:	Loop with Start/Finish at Palmerton Borough Park Third & Franklin Ave., Palmerton PA 18071
Entry fee:	$25 online $30 paper application $35 day of race registration $5 for Kid's Race

Men's and Women's cut technical shirts guaranteed to those registered by April 15th.

All proceeds benefit the Blue Mountain Health System.

The 5000 meter course is officially certified by the USA Track & Field Association

PLEASE NOTE: For safety reasons bikes will not be permitted on the course at the time of the event.

Awards:

Awards will be given to the top overall male and female runner.

Stethoscopes will be awarded to the top three male & female finishers:

12 and under; 13-18; 19-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70 & up.

Prizes awarded to the top 3 sponsorship collectors

Team Competition

• Team with the Most Finishers
• Most Money Raised
• Fastest Team

First prize in each category is a $100 check made out to a charity of the team's choosing.
Minimum of 4 members per team.

Kid's Fun Run

• Run entirely inside the Park
• Ages: 4 and under - 1/8 mile
• Ages: 5 & 6 - 1/4 mile
• Ages: 7 & 8 - 1/2 mile
• Ages: 9 & 10 - 1 mile
• All entrants will receive a medal
